IntelliDisk v1.10

Just to let everyone know that v1.10 of IntelliDisk has been released. Updates for this version include:

• Updated copyright information.
• Updated PJ Naughter’s AppSettings library to the latest version available.
  Updated GetModuleFileName calls to handle path length > _MAX_PATH.
  Reworked CIniAppSettings::GetCurrentProcessIniFileLocation to use std::filesystem::path.
• Updated genUp4win library to the latest version available.
