IntelliTask v1.25

Just to let everyone know that v1.25 of IntelliTask has been released. Updates for this version include:

• Fixed limitation to _MAX_PATH for long path names.
• Fized an UI bug on "Device Manager" dialog.
• Updated PJ Naughter’s DtWinVer library to the latest version available. Provided a new IsWindowsServer2025ActiveDevelopmentBranch method. Provided a new IsWindowsServerVersion24H2 method.
